OpioidRisks.org is a public educational resource operated by Opioid Clinical Management Inc. (OPCM). This site provides information about opioid-related health risks, CDC prescribing guidelines, and state Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs (PDMPs). It is intended for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

This Privacy Policy describes what information, if any, is collected when you visit this site, how it is used, and what third-party services are in use.

Information We Collect

This site does not collect personally identifiable information through forms, user accounts, purchases, or subscriptions. There is no registration, login, or contact form on this site.

This site contains links to state government PDMP portals, CDC publications, and other third-party resources. These links are provided for informational purposes only. OPCM does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

Data Retention and Security

We do not store personal data on our servers beyond what is automatically captured in server access logs, which are retained for a limited period for security purposes. We implement standard technical measures to protect the site against unauthorized access.
